What is SIRHA?
In September 2021, the 20ᵉ edition of SIRHA Lyon came to an end after 5 days eagerly awaited by industry professionals. A historic 20ᵉ edition, since it was marked by the presence of the President of the Republic, Emmanuel Macron, on the final day of the show. A powerful image, since it was a first in 40 years. The President of the Republic came to support professionals in the gastronomy and culinary trades after some particularly difficult years for the sector due to the health context.
SIRHA Lyon is the heart of the global food service market.
All the key players in the restaurant, hotel and food industries gather to meet their customers and future prospects.
Every two years, innovation presentations, the SIRHA Innovation Awards, event stages, competitions, master classes and entertainment punctuate SIRHA for 5 days.
The 21ᵉ edition of SIRHA Lyon won back its former audience. 4,700 exhibitors and brands were present for 210,000 professionals. 616 new products and innovations were presented, and 81 masterclasses, roundtables and competitions took place, including the prestigious Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie final, presided over by Pierre Hermé.

SIRHA will be held at the Eurexpo Lyon exhibition center, 9 avenue Louis Blériot, Chassieu (69680).
How to get to SIRHA:
- From Saint-Exupéry airport, take the Rhône Express to Vaulx-en-Velin – La Soie, then the shuttle bus line 100 Direct Eurexpo.
- From Perrache station, take streetcar T2 to Grange-Blanche, then streetcar T5 to Eurexpo.
- From Part-Dieu station, take the T3 streetcar to Vaulx-en-Velin – La Soie, then the 100 Direct Eurexpo shuttle.
- From downtown Lyon, take tramway line D to Grange-Blanche, then tramway line T5 to Eurexpo.
- Parking is also available if you come by car.
